Wanderlust Return Policy
At Wanderlust, we strive to provide you with premium luxury luggage that meets your highest expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@wanderlust.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at support@wanderlust.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
